Inter-country Transfer of Training Technology (TTT) Workshop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 28th March – 24th April 2010.
COURSE OBJECTIVE:
To conduct a training workshop for 22 participants from 11 ACTMalaria member countries on planning, development, implementation and evaluation of course design as a follow up of national / international ACTMalaria courses that address defined needs for improving malaria control and other vector borne diseases control.
PARTICIPANT SELECTION CRITERIA:
The participants will be selected based on:-
-Responsible for training in malaria or other vector borne disease control in their respective countries.
-Committed to work in relevant posts at least three years following completion of the course.
-Have adequate reading, writing and speaking skills of the English Language so that they can participate in discussions and prepare a written training proposal.
-Able to meet international flight requirements concerning health and be able to undertake field work.
-Course is limited to 22 participants preferably 2 each from the 11 member countries (nominated by the program). Final selection of participants is made by the ACTMalaria Foundation Inc. and TTT course committee.
